1. Production & Handling Time
Apparel & Home Decor: 3 – 7 business days for production.
Electronics & Accessories: 1 – 2 business days for processing.
2. Shipping Times (United States)
Once produced and handed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx):
Economy Shipping: 4 – 8 business days.
Standard Shipping: 3 – 5 business days.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.
United States:
- Most orders: $7.90 – $15.00
- Larger items (home decor, multiple products): May be higher based on weight
International (UK & EU): $15.00 USD base rate (may vary for heavier items)

4. International Shipping (UK & European Union)
To better serve our international customers, we offer shipping to the UK and EU.
Production Time: 3 – 7 business days.
Delivery Time: 7 – 15 business days once shipped.
Carriers: We use reliable international carriers, including FedEx International Connect Plus and local postal services (Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, etc.).
Customs, Duties & Taxes (2026 Update):
Important for EU/UK Customers: Starting in 2026, the EU and UK have removed the previous low-value tax exemptions. All orders entering the EU/UK are now subject to local VAT and potential customs duties regardless of order value. These fees are not included in our shipping rate and must be paid by the customer to the local carrier upon delivery.
