Refund & Return Policy

1. Damaged or Defective Products We offer a free replacement or a full refund for manufacturing errors or damage. Contact support@essencieraconturee.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the product laid on a flat surface. You do not need to return defective items.

2. Returns & Sizing Because our products are custom-printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. Please review our size charts carefully before ordering.

3. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU law, customers have 14 days to cancel an order. However, please note that this right does not apply to goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized. As our products are printed-on-demand, they are generally exempt from standard withdrawal rights.

4. Address Accuracy If an order is returned to the warehouse due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for re-shipment costs. Unclaimed returns are donated or discarded after 30 days.
